INGREDIENTS:
FILLING: Ricotta (milk, whey, vinegar, salt), Organic Tofu (water, soybeans, magnesium chloride), asiago cheese (milk, salt, enzymes, rennet, cellulose), mozzarella (milk, cheese culture, enzymes, salt), inulin mix (water, extract of chicory[inulin]), parmesan cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), romano cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), cultured dextrose, cultured whey, salt, white pepper, spices.
PASTA: Enriched flour (wheat & Malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), soy flour, water, eggs (pasteurized eggs, citric acid), wheat isolate, wheat gluten, soy isolate, cultured whey, flaxseed meal, salt.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 8 ounces of pasta to 1.5 quarts of boiling broth or lightly salted water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer gently. Cook for 10 minutes or until desired tenderness Drain and simmer for 1 minute in your favorite sauce, or toss with melted butter or olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese and fresh milled black pepper to taste.
