Bring to simmer and cooked covered for about 12 minutes. Coarsely blend the sauce using a handblender or cuisinart to form a rough puree. Reheat sauce. Whisk in butter 'till completely absorbed. Add cook pasta, simmer one minute add cilantro and serve.
